Our Return Policy
- Special Order items are not returnable
- Installed items are not returnable.
- Product samples are not returnable.
- Stock items can be returned if they meet the product return condition terms below.
- Stock items that do not meet the return conditions below may not be eligible for a refund, or may be returned with a 50% restocking charge solely at company’s discretion.
- Credit for returns are refunded after the product is received in our warehouse, inspected, and approved.
- Items that are not eligible for refund will be disposed of at company’s discretion.
- Damages and shortages need to be reported within 48 hours.
- All Outlet sales are final.
- Items cannot be returned to and refunds will not be processed at the following locations: Kohler Signature Store Hubbard, Studio41 Hubbard, Studio41 Schaumburg, and Studio41 83rd Street.
- Cabinetry can only be returned at our cabinetry warehouse for processing.
Product Return Condition Terms for Stock Items
- Return needs to be within 45 days of pick up or delivery.
- Product must be in new condition: no markings, clean, unaltered.
- Product must be complete, including all parts and pieces.
- Original packaging must be intact in new condition, clean, no writing, not torn or damaged.
Non-returnable Special-Order Items Include
Custom made and non-stock items such as cabinets, vanities, tubs, shower doors, special finish plumbing and hardware, tile, flooring, countertops, non-stock finishes, cabinetry accessories, close out, liquidation, and clearance items. Windows are made to order and are not returnable.
