Our Return Policy

  1. Special Order items are not returnable
  2. Installed items are not returnable.
  3. Product samples are not returnable.
  4. Stock items can be returned if they meet the product return condition terms below.
  5. Stock items that do not meet the return conditions below may not be eligible for a refund, or may be returned with a 50% restocking charge solely at company’s discretion.
  6. Credit for returns are refunded after the product is received in our warehouse, inspected, and approved.
  7. Items that are not eligible for refund will be disposed of at company’s discretion.
  8. Damages and shortages need to be reported within 48 hours.
  9. All Outlet sales are final.
  10. Items cannot be returned to and refunds will not be processed at the following locations: Kohler Signature Store Hubbard, Studio41 Hubbard, Studio41 Schaumburg, and Studio41 83rd Street.
  11. Cabinetry can only be returned at our cabinetry warehouse for processing.

Product Return Condition Terms for Stock Items

  1. Return needs to be within 45 days of pick up or delivery.
  2. Product must be in new condition: no markings, clean, unaltered.
  3. Product must be complete, including all parts and pieces.
  4. Original packaging must be intact in new condition, clean, no writing, not torn or damaged.

Non-returnable Special-Order Items Include

Custom made and non-stock items such as cabinets, vanities, tubs, shower doors, special finish plumbing and hardware, tile, flooring, countertops, non-stock finishes, cabinetry accessories, close out, liquidation, and clearance items. Windows are made to order and are not returnable.
