We always want your visit to be as productive as possible, and we do recommend making an appointment especially when starting your project. We can often accommodate walk-ins but there may be a small delay before one of our experts is ready to help you.

Some projects may require a retainer. This retainer is based on the size of your job, it is non-refundable and will be applied towards your purchase. Your retainer and/or design fee include:

• Detailed layouts, drawings, and project documents.
• Revisions are included in the cost of the retainer; up to 3 revisions are included in the design process.
• In-home consultations are occasionally necessary or desired and will be included in the cost of your retainer if requested.
